Emelie Fyvie is an Occupational Therapist working with older adults in NHS Grampian. For the last few years she has been working on the Functional Fitness MOT in conjunction with Later Life Training. This project promotes healthy ageing, looking at factors like flexibility, stamina, balance, strength and agility.
